The First Americans
The first Americans are thought to have come over from Asia during the Ice Age. Being hunters and gatherers, they followed the animals that they were hunting over land that was once uncovered under the Bering Strait. This land bridge created a passage called Beringia and provided the first land route from one continent to another. |
